MyDinersClub allows you to access your account details 24 hours a day, seven days a week. View your next statement date, payment information or the total of a previous statement, plus billed and unbilled charges. Choose to view your transactions online or download as a text, QIF or CSV file. You can even view your Rewards points balance and redeem online.
Interactive Spend Analyser Dashboard
Spend analyser is a financial management tool available within your MyDinersClub account, allowing you to track and analyse your spending so you can make the best spending choices. The interactive dashboard lets you view your spending over multiple time periods so you can gain valuable insight into your spend to better manage your money.
Set Payment and Unusual Spending Reminders
You can set reminders via email or SMS, so you're alerted when a transaction appears on MyDinersClub. Alerts currently available include:
Unusual transaction alerts (purchases over an amount you specify)
Account balance alerts
New services alerts.
Change your PIN online
Just received your card PIN? If you're a primary cardholder, simply log into MyDinersClub and enter your PIN to change it to one of your own choosing.
The easiest way to ensure your Diners Club Account is automatically paid on the same day each month. You choose your preferred monthly direct debit day. Apply Now to access direct debit.
Pay your Diners Club account by phone or internet using the BPAY® system available from most banks1. You will need to quote Diners Club Biller Code 3012 and your Customer Reference Number, which is your Diners Club Card number. A transaction fee of $0.75 applies to each BPAY payment. Call your bank to register and for more details2.
Go to any Australia Post outlet, present your Diners Club statement payment slip and pay by cash or cheque2. Australia Post will give you a receipt of the transaction. A fee of $1.55 applies to each payment.
Make your cheque payable to 'Diners Club'. Include your statement payment slip and write your membership number on the back of the cheque. Mail to: Customer Service, Diners Club International, GPO Box 40, Sydney, NSW, 2001.
